You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and US Financial Calculators with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions relating to the subject matter herein.
